Can I change my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to new features and be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my VM limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can then choose to upgrade to a higher plan or remove some VMs. We never automatically charge you for overages without your consent.

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial of our Professional plan with no credit card required. You'll have access to all Professional features during the trial period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.
